Taiwanese-Style Three Cup Chicken
This recipe was quite good and turned out just like the three cup chicken we've eaten in the restaurant. We did reduce the soy sauce a little to cut down on salt.

Blueberry Oat Muffins
These were very easy to make and quite yummy! I agree that the texture was not like your typical muffin. The oats do make it a little closer to a scone or biscuit in texture, but personally I prefer this. I would say these are the best homemade muffin I've had! Thanks for the recipe.

Roasted Rack of Lamb
This was my first attempt cooking lamb, and it turned out delicious. Because we like our lamb a little more well done, after 1/2 hr at 400 degrees, we sliced the rack into individual chops and then cooked it for another 15-20 minutes. Yummy!
