I have 2 cats that I adore and a more than wonderful husband. Our first anniversary is coming up on June 21st! I quit my bartending job and am now a stay at home wife. I recently found out I'm having a baby! I'm due on Novemeber 17th. So this is wonderful new news. Everyday I have been craving warm gooey choc. chip cookies, but have resisted temptation and I'm trying to eat healthier. Getting plenty of fruits, yogurt, veggies, folic acid and protein. This site has been one of my best finds so far. Even though I waste a lot of time on here, something good comes from it everynight and my Honey gets a full belly from a yummy meal! And I get to share the photos with all of you. It makes supper time a little more rewarding! Though I have to admit I think I look a little silly taking pictures of every meal I make LOL! I am a meat and potatoes kind of girl. I love eating good food so my goal is to always cook a great meal. My biggest challenge everyday is deciding what is for dinner!!
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy making pizzas, spaghetti, turkey dinners, grilling juicy steaks, lunching on gourmet salads and occasionally having fun buffet appetizer nights. I love my slow cooker!! Set it and forget it!! ;-)

Bread Bowls
These were excellent.. I couldn't stop eating the bread even though I was full.. hubby even commented on how tasty it was... I would even make rolls out of this!!! It had a nice sweet flavor.. I loved it!! and will be making again! the inside was so soft and fluffy. I did bake them for 10 minutes after hollowing as recommended by others... no leaks and I gutted them pretty thin.

Pumpkin Gingerbread
Love it! I've got some stalked up in my freezer so I can take it out whenever I get a craving!! Great for breakfast!

Pie Crust IV
Very easy to work with and taste great.. i took advice from other reviewers and only added a little water at a time... did not use all of it!
