Pretty non-spectacular but not horrible at all. I made it all as written and wasn't too happy with it, it was a tad bland. Added some lemon juice and red pepper flakes and it perked it right up. It works when you're in a time pinch.

Slow Cooker Lentils and Sausage

I liked this! I didn't use the exact measurements, though so my rating might not be too accurate. I used less sausage, less water, more celery and carrots and I added onion and seasoning. It came out thicker and more chili-like which I enjoyed. Next time I will use more liquid and see if I like it more soupy. Thanks for this great recipe!

Pretty good! I forgot to buy fresh parsley and parmesan cheese so maybe that is the difference between my 4 star rating and a 5 star.

Light and Creamy Brown Sugar and Chocolate Frosting

Delicious! I hate overly sweet butter cream frosting so I was looking for something light for my decadent chocolate cupcakes and this was perfect! It had great cocoa flavor but was nice and light. It's definitely a keeper! I also added gelatin to stabilize it and help make it last but I really think it didn't even need it.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Very delicious!!! I only had 1/2c cream and the rest I used whole milk which is what I had on hand. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for this keeper.

Spinach and Rice Alfredo

So awesome! I added mushrooms because I had them and we love mushrooms and I served them with some garlic shrimp. It was so amazing especially for such few and easy ingredients!

This was very time consuming with some disappointing results. I think partly due to the recipe and partly due to user error. The dough is good but the filling really lacked flavor and moisture. I also baked these instead of frying so maybe that made a difference. We're gonna try to make again with different filling.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

I thought the recipe needed more of a banana flavor. I love banana muffins bursting with banana and this just hints to it. I don't know if it were my particular bananas, or if I need to increase the amount in the recipe. Still good, though! My family enjoyed them.

Barbeque Style Braised Short Ribs

Not bad but not good enough to make again. It was a little too sweet for me with just a one note flavor: barbecue sauce. The meat was tender and delicious but the sauce was not my thing.

Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

I rate this recipe 3 stars as written. I added mushrooms and bell peppers to my meat and I rolled in spring roll wrappers. I also baked them instead of frying. I dipped them in a ketchup/mayo dip and they tasted awesome!

Tasty Baked Meatballs

Made these with ground turkey and they turned out a little mushy. It definitely needed some texture to it so next time I will add some chopped onion, carrot and maybe some parsley. Otherwise, the flavor was great. I also love how easy it was to prepare!

Moroccan Salmon Cakes with Garlic Mayonnaise

This recipe is just okay. My cakes came out very dry so I wasn't too happy about that. The garlic mayo was okay, I added lemon juice to it and that kind of helped it out.

Easy Mini Quiches

Not so hot of a recipe as written but pretty tasty if you change the bisquick to 1/2 cup and the cheese to 1 cup as recommended by another review. I love the size of them for my kids. They're a perfect little breakfast for them in the mornings!

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles

Wow, I really don't know why this recipe is rated so high. The sauce really tastes like condensed soup and sour cream...like it didn't come together. I could taste each ingredient separately. And it was really sour, so I think there's too much sour cream. I won't be making this again.
