Erin's Indonesian Chicken
As written the recipe is just okay. The lemon juice was a little overpowering for me and it seemed to have been fighting with the peanut butter taste instead of going well together. It also tasted as if it were definitely missing something. I don't know if I would make this one again.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo
Made this recipe with one pound of meat, 1/2 onion and 1 green bell pepper and it turned out fantastic! Husband absolutely loooooooved it so I'll definitely be making this many more times to come!

Hamburger Potato Casserole
I followed this recipe exactly and it ended up tasting like something out of a box. It was good, both my husband and daughter enjoyed it but the recipe could definitely be tweaked a bit. Next time I'm going to add some spices and mushrooms to try to get a more complex taste.
