Hamburger Potato Casserole
I followed this recipe exactly and it ended up tasting like something out of a box. It was good, both my husband and daughter enjoyed it but the recipe could definitely be tweaked a bit. Next time I'm going to add some spices and mushrooms to try to get a more complex taste.

Ham and Beans
The recipe definitely is too sweet for my taste so I'm giving it 4 stars. I made it using only 1/4 cup and it still tasted really sweet. Other than that, the recipe is absolutely delicious.

Sweet and Sour Smoked Sausage
This one gets 5 starts because it tastes awesome, it's really easy to make and the ingredients are very simple. I followed the recipe exactly except added a little extra sauce as recommended by others.
