Creamy Pesto Shrimp
Wonderful. I prepared it exactly as directed. Willing to splurge a little for a wonderful dish.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
Great recipe. I really enjoyed it, however the sauce was a bit bland. I added about six cloves of garlic, but it didn't add a whole lot of depth. Great overall, though.

Banana Banana Bread
Wasn't anything special. Took a long time to bake at the temperature suggested, a good 15-20 minutes longer than the cooking time listed. The flavor wasn't really there, either. Even after I added nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon. I think I'll just stick with my original recipe.
