Chicken Noodle Soup
This soup is awesome... if you make a few changes. First, I use a whole rotisserie chicken. I cut off the breasts and then let the rest of the chicken sit for awhile in the broth. Also, I use chicken stock and broth (Swanson's) like someone else suggested instead of water and bouillon cubes. Finally, I added extra celery and carrots and added a little fresh garlic when sauteing the celery and onions.

German Apple Cake I
This cake is delicious! I only added 3 and a half cups of apples and made a caramel glaze to put on top.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
This was surprisingly good! I made a few changes though, as some suggested. First, I lightly browned the chicken breasts in some olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic salt (just a little)and I think this gave the chicken a lot of flavor. For the stuffing, I only had Miracle Whip light on hand so I cut back on the miracle whip and added equal parts melted cream cheese. I only had fresh spinach on hand so I wilted it in the microwave as was suggested. Also, I partially cooked the bacon in the microwave before wrapping the chicken because it will definitely not get crispy in the oven. Before I put it in the oven, I sprinkled some pieces of crispy bacon and the olive oil mixture I browned the chicken in on top. It turned out really well! I could though, taste the miracle whip which I did not like. I think next time I will use real mayo. Thanks!!
