Stir-Fried Beef on Lettuce
This was wonderful. I was skeptical about using lettuce but I went for it and it was great! Instead of mushrooms and snowpeas, I used bell pepper, carrots, and water chestnuts, due to personal taste. Other than that, excellent!

Easy Baked Tilapia
This was...ok. I added A LOT of garlic as well as some italian seasoning and minced onion, and also topped with italian breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. It still came out bland. Next time, I will use a lot more garlic

Sweet Potato Souffle
i wish i could give this 10 stars! absolutely fantastic and a total hit at thanksgiving!!! only change was that i used 1/2 cup of sugar instead of 3/4 cup. even those who dont like nuts loved this dish!
