Best Ever Muffins
This is a great base. I just got done making them. I substituted peach applesause for the oil. This is what I had on hand. It is the little single serve no sugar added applesauce. I added the whole thing. Then I went to my fridge and grabbed all the half emptied jellies and started putting them in a 1 cup measuring cup. Note: I use Polaners all fruit jelly. I don't know if this would work with the more sugary jellies. I used a mini muffin pan and baked them for 15 min. They are wonderful. I will be taking them to the baby shower I am co-hosting on Sunday. Thanks Lori!
