I made these late one night to have for breakfast the next morning...they made my kitchen smell so good! So, of course, I had to try one out...I couldn't wait until they were completely cooled either and burned my tounge with the hot blueberries! The muffins are delicious! I absolutely love the hint of citrus flavor(from the orange juice) mixed with the blueberries. This recipe is definitely a keeper! I only had the quick oats on hand....they seemed to work just fine.
