Cauliflower Casserole
I made this recipe with fried fish and the kids ate every bit of it and told me next time I needed to make more. I do think next time I will try frozen caulliflower to make it a little easier. But we will make it again and a bigger batch of it too.

Baked Zesty Carrots
This was very good. even the kids ate it and liked it. The sauce had an almost cheesy taste. We are going to try it with green beans next.

Earthquake Pie Crust
I have been using this recipie since I was a kid. Now my kids love to shake it all up for me. Turns out great every time.
