Glazed Meatloaf I
I never thought that meatloaf using such simple ingredients could taste sooo good. I added salt and pepper and garlic salt, and formed it into a loaf on a cookie sheet( like bobby flay says to do) instead of a baking dish, I don't like when the juices collect in the dish. It tastes like I'm eating a good burger using regular instead of toasted bread is the key in my opinion. Thank You sooo much for sharing this recipe!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Wonderful recipe felt like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant. But I have to admit I made a big mistake, Instead of grabbing white wine at the store, I grabbed white wine vinegar it made the dish real salty, but I can tell with plain white wine it will be awsome. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Easy recipe as well. Will follow other users advice by adding half butter half olive oil.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Awsome...but next time I will use half feta and half white cheese (mozz or colby jack)and possibly sour cream instead of mayonaise, also when I cooked them in the oven in a baking dish I didn't like the fact that the juices that collected in the dish kinda boiled the chicken gave the chicken less flavor. Next time I will prob try to cook the breasts on a rack in the oven and have something under the rack to catch the juices.
