Chocolate Trifle
This has been a family favorite for years! To break up the sweetness of the chocolate, I had a thick layer of fresh sliced strawberries in between the two layers. It not only tastes amazing but looks beautiful with a layer of red in the center. I also sprinkle the top with the heath bar pieces sold in the Chocolate chip section of the grocery store. Great Recipe!

Oven Kalua Pork
Although I am not an authority on Hawaiian cooking, I must say this pork is delicious. It is very tender and shreds so easily. I skipped over this recipe several times afraid that it would not be flavorful due to the minimal amount of ingredients, but my entire family loved it! I served it with BBQ sauce and teriyaki sauce.

Kentucky Biscuits
I loved these biscuits. They were very light and fluffy. I doubled the recipe and used half butter and half shortening and they turned out perfect. I also rolled then out and cut with a bisuit cutter, but I put them right next to eachother on the pan. It was only necessary to cook them 10 minutes.
