Szechwan Shrimp
Great recipe! I used a bag of raw frozen large shrimp. Thawed out the shrimp under running water, peeled them, then cooked til opaque in the wok. I also doubled the sauce and added a bag sugar snap peas that I prepared in the microwave and threw in the wok at the end of cooking.

Mongolian Beef I
I thought this was really delicious and fun to make. I made it with extra sauce so I could have plenty to soak up with white rice. I let it reduce a long time with the beef and I think this helped tenderize the meat more.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
I love doing slow cooker chili. It's so easy. Here's the things I did differently: 1 larger can of kidney beans (19oz I believe) instead of two cans, added a can of corn, added two jalapenos, added a little more red pepper flakes, subtracted one can of tomato soup, added a half can of water for moisture. Came out great! My fiance said it was too spicy but I like it that way. She's able to eat it with some bread on the side.
