This was fantastic and SO easy. My husband and I loved it. I served it with homemade mac and cheese. Yum!

This was my 1st time ever cooking any type of fish (I haven't been cooking very long!). I made it for Valentine's Day dinner and It was SO easy and DELICIOUS! My husband loved it, too, and he's not a huge fan of salmon. I am eating leftovers as I type this, and they are great, too! I will definitely be making this again.

I thought this tasted great! I toasted the almonds, squeezed in 1/2 of a fresh lemon and didn't use any lemon zest. I also added some fresh minced garlic. It was really good, I will definitely make this again.
