Delicious Easy Chicken Francese

This was very good! My husband isnt a fan of lemon so I only used one (wish I would have used the other, I love lemon).I thought it was a great light sauce, he said it was just ok, he likes bold flavors, but he said as long as I dont mind him adding stuff to it, he would eat it again. I surved it with linguini and garlic bread! I will be making again!

Easy Minute Steaks

I am not a cube steak person, but they were on sale & I figured it was would be something different. I found this recipe, I took the advice of another reviewer and added cream of mushroom soup to it..OH MY YUMMY was it good! It was so tender you could cut it w/ a fork. The entire family was so happy and the gravy it made was so good over potatoes!

Easy Vodka Sauce

This was great! I didnt have exact engredents on hand so I had to make some changes, I used garlic instead of onion and diced tomatoes instead of what was called for. This came out so good, even the 4 year was happy!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Great quick sauce, I added grated garlic instead of the powder and used 1/2 parmsean cheese and 1/2 Bogart (a cheese my husbands farm makes & sells). I am going to make sure I always have cream cheese on hand so I can make this on a night when I get home late.

Candied Chicken Breasts

This was sooooooooo good! I used the pineapple juice in place of the water, and cut up the pineapple and added to the chicken. Surved over rice, just as good, if not better than General Tso's chicken from the local Chinese place!

Apple Streusel Muffins

I was looking for a recipe to use the frozen homemade apple pie fillling I made in the fall, I found this and was pleased. They were a little soggier than I would have liked, but it was because I used a substution, but I would definatly make these again!

Chicken Scampi

Definatly a quick & easy meal, but not our favorite. Very bland needed to add a lot of garlic and cayanne peper to it to make it ok. Wont make again.

Apple Pie Filling

After carefully looking through recipies for this, I choose this one, but used others suggestions. I only used 8 cups of water because I had orchard apples. This came out soooooo good. To save space (and containers) I storred them in heavy duty zip top bags and put all of the small bags into a larger freezer bag, so they are all in the same place. If this tastes the same after freezing as it does now, I will be using this recipe every year!!!

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

This was so yummy! I didnt have cherry tomoatoes, so I left them out. It seemed very spinachy to my family, but I loved it. This (minus a bit of spinach), is definatly a keeper!

Frogmore Stew

I made this for a Birthday BBQ! Instead of smoked sausage, I used Italian cause it was on sale and we had a lot of guests. This came out fantastic, the only problem was because I used the sauage, I had to adjust the cooking time so the potoates got mushy..but that was cooks error, not the recipe! We cooked this outside in the turkey fryer, cooking and cleanup was so easy! I will be using this recipe again!!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

To me this was just OK. I used more cheese than was recomended cause we love cheese, but it wasnt as cheesy like I tought it would be, the cheese just baked onto it and didnt have much flavor, but it was a good "base" recipe, I would try it again but make some changes.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

I was looking for a quick and easy project to do with my 4 year old this weekend when it was raining. This is a Great crust, quick & easy just like the name, even the picky husband liked it. I doubled the recipe to make it fit in my stonewear pan and added garlic powder, parsley & orgeano. Soft and chewy, Definaly a keeper!

Slow Cooker London Broil

I just served this for dinner, and there are no leftovers! I dont really eat too much beef, so I dont know how to cook it and thought this was a foolproof recipe..It was and it was great! I will definalty make this again with no fear!

Hot Pepper Jelly

I've just made this for the second time and It is so yummy! Besides putting in ontop of creamcheese and serving with crackers, I dont know what else to do with it, but its a nice quick snack if you have guests, or a classy appitizer to bring to get togethers..I just need to find a way to make it diet friendly.
