Creamy Broccoli Soup
Really delicious, although I did make some minor changes.
1st, Used about 300g of Broccoli, as much as was in a bunch
2nd, NO FLOUR - I used 100ml of cream and 135 of milk and it was the perfect consistency
3rd, BLEND - once the broccoli is cooked with the onions in the stock, allow it to cool and then blend and add it back to the cooking pot
Everything else about this recipe was perfect and its the BEST broccoli soup i've ever had!
