Zucchini Bread IV
Simply amazing! I only made one small change and that was cutting the oil down to 1/2 cup and adding 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce in it's place. I only had 1 loaf pan so instead of 2 loaves I made 1 and a dozen muffins (muffins only needed 30 min to cook). My 2 year old loved them and my parents just happened to stop over just as they came out of the oven, and they raved about them! This is a keeper :)

Wedding Cake Frosting
This frosting is amazing! This was my first attempt at making homemade frosting and I am very impressed with the results. The only thing I changed was, I added a few tablespoons of amaretto in place of some of the milk since I was frosting and Italian Amaretto Cream cake I made for my Father-in-laws 50th. My 4 year old and I couldn't stop dipping in for a taste :-) For me, this is a keeper

Chicken and Green Bean Casserole
Made a slight adjustment to the base recipe. I cubed the chicken before browning, and to the soup/mayo mixture, I added, black pepper, onion powder and a little shredded Colby-jack cheese. At the suggestion of another reviewer, I also increased the temperature to 375ยบ. My husband and I loved it! It is certainly a keeper!!!
