Coconut Pecan Chicken
Much too sweet even though I added the cayenne! If I were to make it again I would not dredge - probably just brush with yogurt...Thanks for the experience and I can see how others might enjoy this dish.

Sugar Cookie Icing
Perfect! I used 1/2 t. cinnamon oil rather than the almond and reduced the milk accordingly for a crispy, spicy crunchy topping on the Best Rolled Sugar Cookies (big candy canes on a stick). I still cant figure out if this is candy or a cookie!!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
In combination with the cinnamon flavored "Sugar Cookie Icing" I prepared, these big candy canes on a stick were a special treat!! I added an extra cup of sugar as other reviewers recommend and sprinkled it with confectioners sugar to keep it from sticking while rolling it out. These (for the first time ever)even satisfies my son's sweet-tooth with just one cookie! Amazing!!
