I made this cake twice over the weekend. Once as a coffee cake, and the next time as a birthday cake for my mom. Everybody loved it! I did reduce the sugar to 1-1/2 cups and only used 3 eggs. It still turned out plenty sweet and super moist! I mixed everything together and did not add the nuts or top with powdered sugar. This cake is a fantastic! Thank you for sharing it with us.

This was fantastic! Just like the dip from the Mexican restaurant, only better! I didn't have green tomatoes, and the red ones worked fine. I did add some Chipotle Tabasco for some extra kick, along with some garlic salt. Even my husband, who doesn't like guacamole, loved this dip. I am so excited that I found this recipe! This is a great and easy recipe! My husband and 2-year old son loved it. I will make this recipe often, when we want a change from traditional pizza.
