Stuffed Pork Chops
This was a great recipe! I replaced the celery with an apple and it went so well with the pork. I would definitely reccomend doubling the stuffing, its excellent on the side. Also having the butcher at the super market butterfly the pork chops for me made it much easier to stuff them.
