Cheater Pot Pie
I thought this was a great, last-minute recipe! My husband, mother in law, and 4 children loved it. The only change I made was to put it in an 8X11 rectangular pan, and I rolled out a tube of crescent roll dough over it. It was wonderful! I will try it again with biscuits, but this was what I had on hand.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
I have been making this recipe for a long time- it is one of my family's favorites! The only change that was included in my original recipe is that I use white wine instead of milk- it adds a really nice flavor! I also skip the butter on the stuffing and it comes out fine. This dish is amazing!!!

These turned out great! I also doubled to a 9X13 and baked for 35 minutes. They came out perfectly!
