To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These muffins are really good! If you make them in paper muffin liners, they don't stick to the pan and the liners peel off really easily. My only complaint is that I can never get the topping to be crumbly... it turns into a smooshy butter mixture... tastes good though...

Barbie's Tuna Salad
this tuna was totally awesome! loved it! i don't like relish, so i didn't add any of that, and i only used 1 tsp parsley. i also cut back on the mayo, and i was out of onion so that didn't go in either. a little black pepper and it was great! Definitely making this again... the curry was a great addition :)

Glazed Dijon Carrots
it was okay. not to dijon-ish or brown sugar-ish. couldn't taste the ginger at all. needed pepper to balance out the flavours. i'll keep looking for a good carrot recipe. i used the crinkle cut carrot slices you find in the vegetable department and they cooked quicker
