Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Instead of adding salt, i just used regular salted butter. I like peanut butter cookies when using butter instead of shortning. Their not so hard. I hate a hard cookie! lol very good.

Mom's Yeast Rolls

What I did different: I did not add sugar as the recipe called for mainly because I'm a diabetic and also because this recipe reminds me of my mothers that she made every thanksgiving when I was a kid. By not adding the sugar I'm sure it lacked a tiny something everyone else got out of it but I still find it delicious and it doesnt attack my blood sugars as badly lol very good recipe.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
Delicious! I love biscuts and gravy but could never find good recipes for biscuts. So I usually just go down to little resturants around here and order them. I hate biscuts in a can. So we made these tonight and they are wonderful! Thank you so much!
