Thai Chicken Curry with Pineapple
Great recipe! Tastes like restaurant curry. It is important to TRIPLE the curry paste and curry powder. I first made it with the recipe proportions and it was bland. To fix the batch, I repeated the first step of cooking the paste and powder in a saucepan and just added that to the first batch and the taste was perfect! I used the Thai Kitchen red curry paste.

Mom's Buttermilk Biscuits
Fantastic recipe. I' ve been trying biscuit recipes for a long time and this one is my favorite. I was careful not to mix much like other reviewers suggested. I used whole wheat flour for about 1/4 of the flour, which was surprisingly delicious.

Thai Spicy Basil Chicken Fried Rice
This is the first Thai recipe I have tried that was simple and really tasted authentically Thai and not like an American trying to make Thai food. It was a big hit. 2 modifications I used that the reviewers suggest: 1/2 the peanut oil and add the oyster sauce mix and stir before adding the chicken and veggies instead of after. For vegetarians, tofu would be a simple substitution for chicken.
