Banana Sour Cream Bread
Best banana bread ever! Very moist with great flavor. Make sure you use a really big batter bowl! Mine nearly over-flowed once all ingredients were added.

Shrimp Scampi Bake
Super easy and delicious. Didn't have dijon mustard, so I used spicy brown. Tossed with pasta, snow peas and shredded parmesan. Will make again and again this same way!
