Banana Blueberry Muffins
These muffins are really good. To be honest, I thought (before making them) that these muffins would taste awfull.

Shrimp, Leek and Spinach Risotto
It was really good. I just didn't add the red bell pepper and I added a lot more liquid (vegetable broth). I grated some parmesan cheese on top before serving.

Moist Chocolate Cake
Sorry, but I didn't like it al all. Too dense and had not much flavor.
