Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots
I love the sauce from this recipe! The first time I followed the recipe and thought it was great, but the second time I made it, I made the sauce ahead of time, and served it over a pot roast I cooked in my slow cooker. I cooked the pot roast for 8 hours on low using a packet of lipton onion soup mix and 2 cups of pepsie.Just poured the sauce over it at the end. Everyone loved it, said it was the best thing I ever made. Thanks for the great recipe!
