Golden Wedding Punch
I love this punch, with some changes. I used 1 and a quarter lemon juice and 5 smashed bananas, and 6 cups of water. I froze everything together and then poured 7 up on the mixture a few hours before serving.

Chocolate Buttermilk Cake
I do not like heating chocolate on the stove because of the high risk of burning. I microwaved all the chocolate mixtures, starting with 30 seconds, then in 10 second increments. Overall this cake was tasty. The icing needs to be refrigerated because it is really thin and smooth.

Italian Sausage Lasagna
I used turkey sausage and spicy tomatoes for an extra kick!
