Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake
Excellent recipe! Very rich, like a brownie. If you don't love semi-sweet chocolate, use your favorite kind of chips. I made this exactly as directed and got rave reviews. Not to mention, it was a BEAUTIFUL cake - like out of a magazine. I wish I had remembered to take a pic to post!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
Excellent recipe! I made these exactly as written and they turned out perfectly. We loved the soft, chewy texture and the cinnamon taste. Flavor-wise, it reminded me of a snickerdoodle. This is definitely a keeper!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
Beautiful, juicy turkey! I brined the 16 lb turkey overnight. Used the exact recipe but added aromatics to the inside of the turkey. Baked in 3 1/2 hours at 350. Will definitely use this one again, maybe even in the crockpot with a turkey breast for a weeknight dinner.
