Nacho Cheese Sauce
This was REALLY GOOD! I used mozzerella because I did not have american and it still tasted very close to store bought. I served it with chips and fresh salsa. YUMMY!

Hot Fudge Sauce
It was very good, but it got gummy on my ice cream.

Lemon Posset
This was amazing! Smooth, velvety, creamy. I made it twice, once to go in a lemon trifle which was waaaay good, and once by itself with frozen blueberries on top. I wonder if it can be made in other flavors?
