Creamy Banana Bread
I substituted sour cream for the cream cheese. very moist and delicious...I only have one bread pan, so i mixed left over batter and nut mixture with some milk and made pancakes....yum!!!!

Pan Fried Spinach
Wow!!!! All I have to say is the first time I made this, my husband, who hates spinach, asked when I could make more. Fabulous.

Apple Pie
This was my first pie and it turned out perfect. Great recipe. I did use 6 cups of apple instead of 7 and I followed someone's suggestion of lowering temp after 25 minutes. People were fighting over the last piece.
