Pillow-Soft Dinner Rolls
This is such a tough recipe to rate. The rolls turned out really well, but the dough was so runny befor I had to kneed it. I had to mix 2 addition cups of flour into the mixer befor I could turn it out onto the counter, and I still had my husband standing with the bag of flour dumping more on top every minute or so. They rolls were good, but I have gone over the recipe again and again, and can't figure out what I had done wrong. I just can't imagine that is the way the recipe goes.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
This was an okay recipe. It was a nice change from the normal mushroom soup recipe, but I thought that the sour cream was a little over powering. Everyone at my easter party ate it, and everyone said it was good, but just different, or not what they expected. It wasn't horrible, but I don't think I would make this again.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
I'm only going to give this a 3 star rating. It's not that it was bad. It was just way to cheesy. I know that it is cream cheese frosting, but I added a ton more powdered sugar and still thought the cream cheese was way to strong. A lot of my guests liked it, but it's just not that good. The base was good, but cut out 8oz of cream cheese to get a better taste.
