Sausage-Broccoli Puff Pancake
Pretty tasty. The "pancake" was like yorkshire pudding and therefore very fatty. Next time I'll cut the butter in half. I also used whole wheat flour and it turned out fine. Used diced chicken since I didn't have sausage, and didn't have instant rice so used microwave since I didn't have time to cook regular. Sprinkled the cheese on top. Steamed the broccoli to spead up the cook time.
