Potato and Cheese Frittata
Very yummy. I added a little garlic for flavor. It was still a little bland. Next time I will use frozen hash browns for convenience and add jalapenos for zip.

Camper's Breakfast Hash
Love it!! Super easy and delicious. All I did was change green peppers to jalapeno peppers and used extra sausage. Thanks!

Smoked Turkey Tortilla Wraps
Try it with alfalfa sprouts, and I like it with lite cream cheese rather than sour cream. Great recipe and super easy!
