Pumpkin Gingerbread
I'm making this as a gift for a friend today and picked this because of the great reviews. it's still in the oven but smells wonderful! It's taking longer than the recipe says. probably more like 75 mins. I added 1/ cup of roasted and shelled pumpkin seeds to the batter and sprinkled another 1/2 cup of the seeds evenly over the top of both loaves. I can't wait to cut into it!
