A great comfort food for a cold day! I roughly mashed the sweet potatoes before adding them to the soup for thickness and texture - my husband and I loved every bite!

The only things I changed in this recipe was the amount of onion (a whole onion seemed a bit much to me) and instead of saltine crackers I used bread crumbs. It was really out-of-this-world good! I've never had much success with meatloaf - I can never get it done in the middle and then wind up baking it for too long as I try. So for this one, I scooped a little sauce in the bottom of my muffin pans and put the meatloaf mixture in that to bake. I was concerned about the grease not draining out, so I formed little "wells" in the middle of the meat and scooped the grease out when it was done. It took about 30 minutes to bake; I took them out and put more sauce on top for the last few minutes. Everyone loved the result!

This was good, but not fantastic. Even with only using a tsp. of lemon juice, I thought it was a little too runny. I did add chopped sweet red peppers, a little dill, and celery seed since I didn't have any celery to use in it. Next time I will make sure to have fresh celery on hand and maybe a few more eggs so it's not so runny.

My husband and I both loved this - very quick and easy for a weekday meal. I used taco seasoning instead of the chili powder and chunky salsa instead of the taco sauce - we don't like cilantro so I omitted that too. Topped with sour cream, black olives, and cheese - very tasty!

Everyone in my family gobbled these up! I think these will become a new favorite at our house. They really are excellent for a quick breakfast too.

This was really good! We had the leftover chops the next day over a salad and used the raspberry sauce as a dressing - definitely the thing to do with these leftovers! Next time I will reduce the sauce more and maybe add a little less vinegar - it was a little runnier than I expected and I wanted a little sweeter taste.

Absolutely heavenly! My only complaint is that it didn't make very much - next time I'll double it for sure.

We thought this was very good. The icing was NOT like German Choc. cake icing, but it did add a lot of moisture to the cake and had a good flavor.

Really great! I added 1/2 tsp. vanilla for flavor - maybe next time half the salt? Overall, will definitely make again!

I substituted brown sugar for white and omitted one TBSP of oil - we didn't miss that at all! Like other reviewers, I recommend letting the oatmeal soak while you're preparing the rest. Great flavor and perfect with a fresh fruit topping!

Really good marinade for pork chops - my husband and I both loved it! We ate the leftovers over a salad with pear, crumbled gorgonzola, and a balsalmic vinigrette - fantastic!

Very rich & fudgy!

The flavor was good, but the vinegar was very strong. My husband didn't seem to notice, but it was overpowering to me. I think next time I'll cut it back quite a bit and make more sauce - the sauce was really great!

This was OK, but definitely not like our favorite restaurant lo mein. I'm not sure what's missing - not a bad dish, just not what we expected from all the rave reviews.

Great flavor and super easy! I too used salsa (mixed black bean and corn salsa with regular to get enough - it was all i had) instead of the chile sauce; I also used ground turkey and reduced fat cheddar and served with sour cream. My husband and I both loved it and will definitely make again.
