Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
This was delicious! I changed the recipe slightly by adding liquid smoke. I lessened the bbq sauce, added more garlic, and cooked the pork for 6 hours on high, 3 more on low. This made the meat extremely tender. I served over french bread as the hamburger buns literally melted upon contact with the juices from the dish.

Spicy Chicken Curry
I used one pepper less than the recipe called for and it was too hot. Unless you can handle such heat I would suggest cutting down on the peppers. Otherwise, this dish was delicious!
