Sweet Potatoes with Sausage and Peppers

Pretty dang good. Its different and very flavorful, and fun to make and eat! We ate it over rice with sour cream, and later I tried parmesan on top- I preferred that. My family loved it and I will make again.

my crust burned, and i followed the directions....the filling tastes okay though. I prefer a more homemade recipe, but in a rush this is good. Why did my crust burn? hmmmmm

Better than any restaurant I've been to! I put a tsp cayenne in the batter for a kick. I also added it to my orange marmalade, chipotle mustard and horseradish dip, sooooo GOOD!

King Crab Appetizers

My husband and I absolutely loved these. I thought the biscuits were a little too much bread, I would have preferred something more crisp, like a phyllo shell instead. But the filling was incredible. The only thing I did different is I used chipotle mayo instead of the plain, it gave it a great kick!

Peanut Butter Cake II

Yummy! I alternated butterscotch pudding and my own recipe of cream cheese peanutbutter frosting between the layers. Then I crushed honey roasted peanuts and stuck them to the side of the cake. I drizzled warm milk chocolate over the top, it was divine!! My husband loved it, he said he wants it for his Birthday every year for nowon!!

Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Delicious! I sprinkled garlic inside the chicken, and used jack cheese in place of the cream cheese because I was out of it. I used half chipotle mayo and half sour cream for reg. mayo, my family likes the spice, I also added parmesean. I sprinkled with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar. We had peas on the side, very tasty with the sauce. I will absolutely make tis again!
