My name is Samantha, I am 21 years old, and I live with my sailor husband Dave and my son Giovanni in San Diego, CA. I have been cooking and baking for about eight years on a daily basis. Im pretty good but with no schooling I cant say I am a professional, maybe one day though. Im from Colorado so I grew up hiking and camping often. I am an artist, I draw a lot, I even had my pieces on display at the Fine Arts Center in Colorado Springs and the BAC in Manitou Springs. No money from it though, people dont like to pay a lot for artwork anymore. So I am a very happy stay at home mom and I bake almost every day, I freeze like 80 percent of it because I bake too much! Hehe! Cookies, cakes, muffins, candies, stews, pastas, cajun food like gumbo, red beans, jambalaya, etouffee, and steaks, chickens... you know what, i just love being in the kitchen, I will make anything anyone wants! Cajun and creole cousine! Red beans, and gumbo, and etouffee. I must say I make delicious crawfish corn chowder! Many, but you cook you learn!
