Food is my obsession. I love trying new recipes, watching food shows, reading food blogs and learning new ways to cook. I love making desserts. My favorites are cheese cake with a lemon curd topping and caramel cake. My family really enjoys my cheese grits casserole which we tend to have mostly for holiday meals.
