Whipped Cream Icing I
I am not a beginner when it comes to baking or making frosting or icing, but apparently I have no clue how to use gelatin. I ended up picking out the gelatin chunks and frosted my cake with the whipped cream. Like others have suggested, there should be some clarification on how to do the gelatin for those of us who have never used it. The gelatin was nice and smooth and after whipping it into the cream it was just stringy and didn't blend. I'm sure it is my fault, but I can't find one recipe online that explains how to do this properly.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers
I absolutely love these! The first time I made them I only made 1/2 the recipe (using ground turkey) and 1/2 pkg. of onion soup mix. Didn't use mayo (personal preference) and used a colby/monterey jack cheese blend. They were excellent, especially the next day, but I felt it was missing something in the cheese taste. So the next time I made them, I made the whole amount and used ground turkey, 1.5 pkg of onion soup mix, again no mayo, and about 1 1/4 cup of cheddar/mozzarella cheese blend to get it to stick together. Then after spreading it onto the rolls, I lined 6 slices of american cheese on top before placing the roll tops back on (6 slices fit almost perfectly on the buns). They were even better with american cheese and I don't normally like american cheese. Love these!

BBQ Chicken Pizza I
This was fantastic! I made Jay's Signature Pizza Crust for this. Didn't use cilantro or Gouda. I added diced bacon (like they do at Papa John's) and used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce and a pizza cheese blend. I baked chicken tenders in foil sprinkled with Grill Mates Mesquite seasoning, then diced the chicken and simmered in the sauce while I waited for the pizza dough to rise. This was seriously the best BBQ chicken pizza I have ever had!
