This is by far, one of my favorite pasta dishes. The dish is light and packed full of flavor. My husband prepared it for me one day, and I request it everytime he wonders what we should have for dinner :) Cant blame a girl for trying?

My husband and I are huge sugar cookie fans and this year I set our to find the BEST recipe for sugar cookies. I had bookmarked many recipes and this was the second I tried, and I am very happy to say, my search is complete. These are awesome! The dough is easy to use for rolling and cookie cutters. (which I chose to prepare as) They turn golden and perfectly crispy but not hard. Unbelievable. Everyone adored them!

It was very difficult to cook quick on the skillet, because the marinade ended up so watery. The taste was good, but the liquid amounts need some tweaking. Also, mine were very light in color, turned out almost grey rather than brown, not extremely appetizing looking. I wonder where I might have gone wrong...
