Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

Definately a keeper. I added more honey since i'm a sweet freak, and omitted the salt since all i had on hand was regular soy sauce. i didn't cook everything seperate, i cooked the chicken how the recipe said, then i just added the veggies with the chicken after it was cooked through. After the veggies were heated i added the cornstarch and water. My 4 year old twins even ate it which made my day.

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

I absolutely loved this. I personally had no problem with the 'gooeyness' that some are saying...I had no need to take the water out of the zuchinni...i followed the recipe exactly and it came out fine for me! :\ anyways, i'll definately make again! total awesomeness

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Words cannot describe this pie. I plan on making this many, many times. I used oreo cookie crusts like it shows in the picture but i did the filling just like the recipe says. Best. PB Pie. EVER!

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

the best. i was in a hurry when i was making them and i accidentally looked over the part where it says to refrigerate the dough, i already had them in the oven-oops! but actually it didn't really need it, they came out very moist, soft and chewy. i'm making them again for the 4th of july.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

i was a little nervous trying to make fried rice myself, but it was very easy and very yummy! i didn't use all the soy and used a little more rice (i'm not into strong soy sauce flavor) i will definately be making this again. next time i will add more veggies to it

Vegetable Soup I

This was totally awesome! I didn't change anything on the recipe but I added a few things, I added some corn, just cuz i had some lying around the freezer that needed to be used up, and i added some marjorum, italian seasoning, worstershire, and Kitchen Bouquet Browning and Seasoning Sauce. Delish....will definately keep this and make again.

Banana Crumb Muffins

these were the best banana muffins i ever had!! i put in some cinnamon and a small dash of nutmeg in the mixture. i even used smart balance light butter spread for the melted butter, worked just fine, and they came out awesome!! i will definately make them again! and again and again and again...and then again...and then maybe again...no, definately again...

Low-Fat Macaroni and Cheese

i think one reason it is so dry is because an hour is way to long to cook this. i wasn't too impressed with the flavor, it was pretty bland, i tried to add some low fat american cheese with it, but it didn't help much...maybe adding some mustard to it or something. i dunno.

Cream Filled Cupcakes

these were good...the cream filling was a little runny...i don't know if I didn't make it right, or need to add more powdered sugar next time or what...but i will try again. definately a messy task but it was fun to make. i used strawberry frosting to top them with. oh so good!

Crab Quiche I

Oh this was amazing! I made a few changes though, i did 3 eggs instead of 2 like everyone was saying to do, and i didn't have green onions or swiss cheese so i used yellow onions, some muenster (sp?) cheese and Kraft's Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar. And i added a couple dashes of cayenne for a kick. EXCELLENT!

this was very very good! i used extra lean hamburger instead of sausage (i'm sure it tastes way better with the sausage, but we are trying to cut fat out of our diet) but everything else i followed exactly. my kids loved it!

this was absolutely awesome. i used low fat cream of mushroom soup instead of regular, and i couldn't believe the gravy i ended up having! I will definately make this again!

i used whole wheat pasta, the low fat cream of mushroom soup, and instead of potato chips i used bread crumbs mixed with melted butter as the topping. excellent!
