I used a combination of tomato paste and tomato sauce instead of water.

Oven Fried Chicken III
This is very good. I did as others suggested and halved the mayo and mixed it with milk. My family loved it.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
This is the best caramel corn. Everyone I have ever made it for has LOVED it. I followed the recipe exactly as written. The first time I halved it, b/c I thought 7 quarts was a lot. Everytime since though, I have made the full amount. It's just so good. We HAVE to share.
