Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder
This was soooo good even the kids loved it. I didn't add any tomato, hot pepper sauce, or cilantro. I left the diced green chiles out of the kids chowder but added Jalapenos to the adult chowder...delicious.

Sugar Cookie Icing
I loved the way this icing turned out. Altough I did have to add more milk and more vanilla to get the right consistency and flavor. This icing has a much nicer looking finish than regular old frosting.

Soft Christmas Cookies
These cookies were awesome. I reduced the flour to 3 cups like others did and I did not use any extra when rolling out the dough(which I think made it more difficult for myself). I also reduced the temperature to 350 and baked for 8 - 10 minutes. Yum.
