Strawberry Torte
Pretty and very tasty. I could have left in the fridge for 48hrs. rather than 24 hrs., the cookies were crunchy and hard to cut. Didn't last long!

We love this. I use whatever whitefish is on sale, not just cod, and adjust the cooking times for thinner fillets or steaks. Really excellent.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
A new favorite. Fabulous made with butter, thinner and more crisp. Also, a combination of shortening and butter works great, and it's great with butterscotch chips.
