Braised Pork Chops with Orange-Mustard Sauce
My husband is still raving about the sauce! I followed the recipe and the advice of the other reviews doubling the sauce. I served over wild rice with cauliflower. Very easy for a weeknight dinner! Going to try it over chicken breast too.

Sangria! Sangria!
This was FABULOUS! I left out the sugar and added strawberries,skipped the cherries...this is going to be a regular at my house. I can't wait to make this again!!

Strawberry-Mango Mesclun Salad
Fabulous summer salad! I use bottled dressing, and it is always a hit. One of my very favorite salads.
