Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2009
This was really good, I accidentally added too much basil and it was still super. I first melted the butter in the sauce pan then added the cream, then the cheese and spices (basil, oregano, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder)about a 1/2 tsp-3/4 tsp each.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2009
It was very good, however I did as others did and doubled the white chocolate and the raspberry sauce and will probably not do that next time. I cooked it by putting foil on the bottom and in a cookie sheet with water cooked for one hour and then shut oven off and let it in the oven for another hour and it turned out perfect. Great cheesecake the raspberry and chocolate was just a little overpowering from the actual cheesecake taste.

Peanut Butter Bars I

These were ok, I thought they didn't really taste much like reese's bars though, reese's aren't as peanut buttery they have more chocolate to them. But they guests loved them

Chicken With Mushrooms

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
LOVED IT!! This was spectacular, the only thing is I feel like I didn't have enough sauce. I added cream of mushroom to the chix broth, sauteed the mushrooms in olive oil before hand with some garlic(I think next time I will add some more mushrooms), added salt and pepper to the egg mix, added rosemary and oregano to the bread crumb mix and added the cheese the last 10 minutes and put it all over fettucine noodles. Fabulous!! A keeper!!

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
Great recipe! At first I was worried because I thought the cupcake mix was too runny but it turns out that's the way it's suppose to be. My modifications: Let cream cheese sit out to soften before mixing instead of microwaving it. Other than that I sticked to the recipe. On a side note it didn't make 24 cupcakes well at least regular sized ones

Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2008
This was really easy and very good. We ate it like nachos with tortilla chips on the side. I did make some modifications: I added onion to the meat mix and taco seasoning, added green pepper to the green onion mix, and used black beans instead of chili beans. It was really good and fast. Great last minute dinner!

Sarah's Applesauce

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2007
I made it just the way it was and it wasn't too runny. The only thing I changed was I used half white sugar and have brown sugar! It was perfect!

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2007
This recipe was excellent! I read the reviews before making it so I did make some changes...I did double the topping recipe and added half on the bottom. Then I took the sugar, cinnamon and flour mix and added 1/4 tsp nutmeg and put that in a bag with the apples and coated them with it before I put them in the pan. I then halved the water to 1/4 cup and topped it with the rest of the topping! It turned out perfect will definitely make again!
