Fluffy French Toast
Husband and kids love it! The flour and vanilla definitely add something that's not there in regular french toast.

Pumpkin Bread IV
This is best when mini choc chips are added. I use the muffin top tins, which make them easy to freeze and take out individually..

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Very good! A little crumbly when I made them, but yummy none the less. Great frozen!
