Candy Cane Cocoa
This was great! I made a batch for our New Year's party, only I made 1 small adjustment. Instead of using crushed candy canes, I used Peppermint Schnapps, and served each drink with a candy cane. Everyone loved it! I kept it in a coffee butler and it stayed hot all night!

Green Bean Casserole I
I really enjoyed this. I made it for my boyfriend's and his roommates to heat up. I added some parmesean cheese to it, and it definitely needs salt. One thing I will do next time is make sure the beans are completely drained. This recipe was nice and easy, and is great to make ahead of time for people that aren't really kitchen savvy...that way all they have to do is bake!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
Very delicious! I added more garlic, and I used 2% milk because it was all I had. I also added about a half cup of grated romano cheese and some white wine which gave it a nice zip. At the end I thickened it with a little flour. I'll definitely make this again!
